VolleyTrack Privacy Policy

VolleyTrack saves your scorekeeping and roster records on your device. It does not require an account, run advertising or analytics tools, or send these records to BEAH. Information may leave your device when you choose to share or export it, through device backups you enable, or when you contact us for support.
Who we are
VolleyTrack is a volleyball scorekeeping app provided by BEAH Enterprises, Inc. (“we” or “us”). It is designed for parents, coaches, and team managers keeping score for youth, school, and club teams. It is intended for adults, rather than for children to use independently. Contact us at hello@beahinc.com.
App records and local storage
You may enter team, opponent, and tournament names; dates and tournament details; scores, points, timeouts, and match statistics; and an optional roster with jersey numbers, first initials, last names, and positions. You may also choose images for team or tournament logos.
The iPhone app saves these records in its local app storage. The browser version, if used, saves records in that browser’s local storage. We do not operate an app backend that receives these records. The app does not ask for a player’s age or date of birth.
Accounts, advertising, and tracking
VolleyTrack does not require registration or login. It does not use advertising, analytics, third-party crash-reporting, or cross-app tracking services. It does not request your contacts or device location, and does not transmit your roster, scores, selected logos, or device identifiers to BEAH. We do not sell or rent personal information or use app records for targeted advertising.
Images
If you add a team or tournament logo, you choose an image through your device’s system image-selection interface. VolleyTrack resizes the selected image and stores it locally. Choosing a logo does not upload it to BEAH or give us access to your photo library.
Sharing and exports
Score pictures and available PDF or CSV reports are created on your device. You choose whether to share or save them using the system share sheet or browser download tools. Recipients and services you select, such as Mail, Messages, AirDrop, or Files, receive the information you choose to send and handle it according to their own practices. Shared reports may contain team or player information. BEAH does not automatically upload these files.
App Store purchases and Apple services
If an optional VolleyTrack Pro upgrade is offered through the App Store, Apple processes the payment under its own terms and privacy policy. BEAH does not receive your payment card details. Purchase verification may provide transaction or entitlement information needed to enable or restore Pro features; it does not require uploading your team or player records.

Backups, retention, and deletion
Your app records remain in local storage until removed. If you enable iCloud Backup or another device backup, the backup may include app data. Manage backups through your device or backup provider’s settings.
You can edit or remove roster entries and use the app’s deletion controls for teams, matches, tournaments, and opponents. Removing a player does not necessarily erase historical match records. Deleting a tournament leaves its matches available separately.
To remove the iPhone app’s local records, use Delete App in iPhone settings; Offload App is different and can retain data. For browser use, clear the site’s browser storage. Deleting local data does not remove previous backups, exported files, or copies already shared with others. Manage those copies separately through the relevant service or recipient. BEAH cannot remotely delete records held only on your device.
Youth player information
Adults may enter information about youth players to keep scores and statistics. Only enter or share information you are authorized to use, and avoid unnecessary identifying information. These app records are not sent to BEAH. Consider the recipients before sharing reports containing player information.
Support messages and privacy requests
If you email us, we receive your email address and any information or attachments you send. We use Google Workspace to handle correspondence and use your message to respond, provide support, and resolve your request. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or unnecessary player information.
We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to respond, provide ongoing support, or meet applicable legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you sent us by emailing hello@beahinc.com. We may need to verify your request and retain information where required or permitted by law. Requests to BEAH cannot erase data held only on your device or by recipients you selected.
Security and changes
Device access controls and your sharing and backup settings help protect your app records. No system guarantees absolute security. We will update this policy and its date if our practices change and provide any notice or consent required before introducing new data collection.
